Orders and payment

Choose a product, option and quantity, add them to your cart and enter your delivery details. You can review and correct your order before paying. Completing checkout creates an obligation to pay. An order confirmation is sent by email. Contact us promptly if you entered incorrect information.

Prices are in US dollars. Shipping and any applicable checkout taxes are shown before you complete payment. Use one of the payment methods available at checkout. A later price change does not change an order we have already accepted.

Delivery

We currently deliver to the United States. Estimated delivery times depend on the product and shipping service. Check the product details and shipping policy for order processing and transit estimates. These are estimates, not guaranteed dates. Several products may arrive in separate parcels. Tracking information is provided when available.

Standard shipping to the United States is free on all orders, with no minimum purchase. See the shipping policy. If a product cannot be supplied, we will contact you to resolve the issue, including refunding payment for an unfulfilled order.

Returns, cancellations and problems

Notify us within 14 days of receipt to request a return. Full instructions, return shipping costs and refund timing are in our return and refund policy. Contact us for a damaged, defective or incorrect item. Supplier restrictions do not limit your mandatory consumer rights.

Product information and use

Check the selected size, color and included items before ordering. Handle fishing hooks carefully, keep small parts and batteries away from children, and follow product instructions and local fishing rules. Product photos may show tackle or accessories that are not included.
