Information we use and why

  • Orders: your name, contact details, delivery and billing address, products ordered and payment information. We use this information to process and fulfill the contract, arrange delivery and handle customer service, returns and complaints.
  • Messages: the contact details and message content you provide, used to answer your question or resolve a problem.
  • Records: information required for accounting and other applicable legal obligations.
  • Technical information: IP address, browser and activity on the site, used to run and secure the store and prevent misuse. Our legal basis is our legitimate interest in providing a reliable service.

Service providers

We use Shopify to host the store and process orders, and Shopify Payments for payments. Full card details are handled by the payment provider. Tradelle, suppliers and delivery carriers receive information needed to dispatch and track your order. Accounting and professional providers receive information as necessary for their services.

Shopify Network Intelligence is enabled for this store. Shopify may use customer data together with data from other stores to improve services, ad targeting and personalization, as described in Shopify’s privacy information. Cookies and marketing

Necessary cookies support the cart, payment and site security. Consent settings apply to optional analytics or advertising cookies where required. Retention

Order information is retained during fulfillment and for applicable complaint, dispute and accounting retention periods. Messages are kept while needed to resolve the issue and protect legal rights. Information is deleted or anonymized when there is no remaining basis to retain it.

Subject to applicable conditions, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or object to processing. You can withdraw consent without affecting prior lawful processing.
