Returns and refunds

For a return, cancellation or problem with your order, email lacourroyal@yahoo.com with your order number.

14-day return window

Notify us within 14 days of receiving your item if you wish to return it. You do not need to give a reason. A clear email stating that you wish to return your purchase is sufficient; prior approval is not required to give notice.

Send the item back within 14 days of your notice. Email us for the return address and packing and shipping instructions before sending your parcel.

For change-of-mind returns, you pay the direct return shipping costs, which may include international postage. We do not charge a fixed restocking fee. A deduction may apply for a loss in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to examine the item.

Refunds

We refund the amounts due, including the original standard shipping charge, within 14 days of your return notice. We may withhold the refund until we receive the item or you provide proof of return shipment, whichever happens first.

Additional charges for a premium shipping method selected by you are not refunded. Refunds are issued to the original payment method unless we expressly agree otherwise at no additional cost to you. Your payment provider may need additional time to post the refund.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items

Email us with your order number and a description of the problem. Photos can help us assess your request. We cover the necessary costs for a valid claim. Your mandatory consumer rights and any applicable statutory warranty remain unaffected.

Cancellations

You can request cancellation before your order is fulfilled. If it has already been dispatched, follow the return process above. Your mandatory rights under applicable law remain unaffected.
