Returns and refunds

For a return, cancellation or problem with an order, email lacourroyal@yahoo.com with your order number.

14-day return request window

Notify us within 14 days of receiving your item if you wish to return it. You do not need to give a reason. A clear email stating that you wish to return the purchase is sufficient; prior approval is not required to give notice.

Send the item back within 14 days of your notice. Email us for packing and shipment instructions. Return recipient: Mr.Todorov LTD, Sofia, ul. “7”, No. 21, Bulgaria; telephone 0700 10 10 10. Returns are sent to Bulgaria, not to a United States warehouse.

For change-of-mind returns, you pay the direct return shipping costs, including international postage from the United States to Bulgaria. We do not charge a fixed restocking fee. A deduction may apply for a loss in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to examine the item.

Refunds

We refund the amounts due, including the original standard shipping charge, within 14 days of your return notice. We may withhold the refund until the item is received or you provide proof of return shipment, whichever happens first. An extra charge for a premium shipping method selected by you is not refunded. Refunds use the original payment method unless we expressly agree otherwise without an additional charge to you. Your payment provider may need additional time to post the refund.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items

Contact us with a description of the problem; photographs can help us assess it. We cover the necessary costs for a valid claim. Supplier deadlines do not limit your mandatory consumer rights or any applicable statutory warranty.

Cancellation

You can request cancellation before fulfillment. If the order has already been dispatched, follow the return process above. Mandatory rights under applicable law remain unaffected.
